Welcome to Indiana HIP. The information you will provide will allow the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to conduct harvest surveys that are important to the management of migratory game birds. You must complete the following questions to obtain your HIP registration number. A HIP number is required when hunting migratory game birds in Indiana. At the conclusion of this survey, you will need an ink pen to record your HIP registration number. If you do not have a paper and pen available now, please try again when you have them.
